Our Transparency Report 2024 marks a revival of Ridgeway's annual transparency reporting, complete with a refreshed responsible business strategy. The report highlights recent achievements, including our Good Work Standard accreditation, carbon footprint monitoring, and continued commitment to early careers and university engagement. To strengthen our understanding of the responsible business landscape and hold ourselves accountable, we have set goals for 2025 alongside wider ambitions to consider in the years to come.
Gender Champions in Nuclear Policy
Since 2019, Ridgeway has been a proud member of Gender Champions in Nuclear Policy, a network that brings together leaders across the sector who are committed to making gender equality a working reality. Being part of this community has emboldened us to set increasingly ambitious targets against our gender equity goals, including across our recruitment practices, business operations, and organisational culture. We also continue to uphold the Panel Parity Pledge.
Carbon Reduction Plan
